Thinkers Digest (ThinkersDigest.co) is a proposed 📝Specialized Digital Micro Tasks service that collects a creator's audio recordings and transforms them into discrete contextual components wrapped in an overall narrative.
In its simplest rendering, a creator gives Thinkers Digest access to their Otter.ai account and makes a voice recording, either one person thinking out loud or a recording of a conversation. Thinkers Digest then either copies the transcribed text into a memo for the creator to edit, or summarizes the recording into text.
The concept is a close sibling of 📝Thought Keeper .co, which gathers links and voice memos sent by iMessage, transcribes and summarizes them, and posts them as linked memos.
I am imagining a service. Send us audio, with or without a transcript. I'll break it apart into discrete contextual components, wrapped in an overall narrative. One service is a memo like this, where I'm just speaking into Otter. A second service is me sending you a recording of a meeting or a lecture, and you turn it into contextual components with an overall narrative. I propose we build this together. I'd like to buy a certain amount of capacity of this, and then together we'll fill it. When we exceed that capacity, we'll grow, and we'll both enjoy the profits.
