Tokenized is a browser extension for Google Chrome that rewrites currency amounts shown on web pages into their equivalent in AI (large language model) tokens. This policy describes how the extension handles data. The short version: it collects none.
Data Collection
Tokenized does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information or browsing data. It makes no network requests of any kind. All processing happens locally in your browser.
Page Content
To do its job, the extension reads the visible text of the pages you visit in order to find and rewrite currency amounts. This text is processed entirely on your device and is never sent anywhere, stored, or shared.
Settings
The extension saves your own preferences — your chosen conversion rate and display toggles — using Chrome's storage.sync API. This data stays within your Google account, is used only to remember your settings across sessions and devices, and is not accessible to the developer.
Third Parties
Tokenized has no server, no analytics, and no tracking. It shares no data with anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
