Mythos

End feel is the quality of resistance felt at the edge of comfortable range: soft, firm, or guarded.

In 📝Articular Mobility it is described in plain language, never as a capsular or bony grade borrowed from licensed manual therapy. A soft end is different from a wall or a brace. None of those words diagnoses cartilage. 📝End Range is where this quality is noticed; the movement does not push through it.

Clients feel a give, a wall, or a flinch. Sharp or empty-and-painful is a stop and, if it persists, a licensed clinician.
