Mythos

Articular Mobility is gentle, non-adjustive movement of a joint through the range it already has, used to support ease of motion.

In this library the term means guiding a joint slowly and comfortably — light traction, circling, or rocking at a low amplitude — to reduce stiffness and help the surrounding tissue settle. It is not a high-velocity thrust, not a joint "adjustment" or relocation, and not the spinal or cranial techniques used in chiropractic or osteopathic practice. Those are licensed acts with a different intent, and are neither practiced nor claimed here. "Articular" simply means "of a joint"; the word keeps the description accurate without borrowing licensed or osteopathic vocabulary.

The aim is easier, more comfortable movement, not correction of joint position or structure. Movement stays inside comfort and is guided by what the client reports; it does not diagnose, realign bones, or replace evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.

It pairs naturally with soft-tissue methods such as 📝Myofascial Release and follows the 📝Movement Assessment that reads how a joint is moving.
