Mythos

Oscillation is slow, rhythmic back-and-forth movement at low amplitude to ease stiffness and settle tissue.

In 📝Articular Mobility it is a shared method: small, repeatable, inside comfort. It is not a graded joint mobilization and not a claim to pump a joint as a medical event. If the person braces, the oscillation gets smaller or stops — it does not get bigger to break through.

Clients feel a rock they can stay with. Nausea, pinch, or panic is a stop.
