Mythos

Catharsis is a large emotional discharge; never the goal and never forced.

In 📝Emotional Release a big cry or shake can happen. It is not proof the session worked, not a treatment, and not something the practitioner produces. Forcing intensity to get a catharsis is how people leave worse. Smaller is the method; 📝Discharge that arrives on its own is allowed.

Clients may cry. That is allowed. Pressure to go bigger is the miss.
