Mythos

GigRadar is an AI lead-generation platform for 📝UpWork agencies that automates job discovery, proposal writing, client conversations, and call booking from job post to pipeline.

GigRadar is operated by ORAQL, Inc. and was founded by Vadym Ovcharenko. Its core product is a pair of agents: Sardor AI, a bidder that filters new Upwork jobs against an agency's ideal customer profile, writes a personalized cover letter from the freelancer's profile and the job description, and submits within roughly 15 minutes of posting; and Laziza AI, an SDR that replies to client messages, handles objections, checks calendar availability, and books calls inside the Upwork chat. Onboarding pairs each customer with a dedicated business manager, and users train the job filter by swiping on jobs to mark fit.

Beyond bidding, the platform bundles an anti-spam filter for scam and fake postings, Upwork funnel analytics (view and reply rates, connects spend, cost prediction), a lightweight Upwork CRM with 📝Hubspot and 📝Google Calendar integrations, and an Insights feature that surfaces trending keywords for profile SEO. Use requires an Upwork agency profile, though solo freelancers can create one to qualify. No free trial is offered.

GigRadar states it serves more than 4,000 companies and that no customer has been banned or suspended by Upwork. Its published case studies cite 433–1,400% ROI at $1,500–$4,000 monthly budgets; these figures are self-reported. GigRadar is independent of Upwork, and its own disclaimer acknowledges that Upwork may interpret automated bidding differently.

Jeffrey Katz introduced me to GigRadar. I'm holding it as a reference for what a productized, vertical outbound agent looks like — one marketplace, one funnel, bidding through booking.
