Objective
Grace Tabib is an #attorney and the co-founder and head of advocacy at DUPAY, a financial empowerment initiative she launched in 2023. With a background in international development, law, and sustainability, she has spent her career advancing human rights and ethical business practices across sectors. Before founding DUPAY, she served as an admissions counselor at the UCLA School of Law and as the Los Angeles, CA lead for Reflect, a mental health nonprofit. Earlier, she worked in global advocacy roles—most notably at Vital Voices Global Partnership, where she organized a major summit for 350 women leaders from 22 countries, and at Fairfood International, where she helped Northern European food companies implement sustainability commitments. Tabib holds a JD from Columbia and began her career in consulting at L.E.K. before turning toward public-interest work.
