1. In 'SYMPOSIUM // NEXT', copy [date] from 'NEXT' to 'LAST'
1. Verify that all in In 'SYMPOSIUM // LAST' were in attendance
1. Copy FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and PREFERRED email of attendees
1. In 📝MailChimp, click 'Add Contacts' > 'Import Contacts' > 'Copy/paste from file'
1. Paste and 'Continue to Match' and sync with Mailchimp list fields
1. Add 'symposium [date]' tag to all contacts and click 'update existing'
1. Send email to all contacts tagged 'symposium [date]'
