Gadi Shamia is the current CEO and co-founder of 📝Replicant, a company specializing in AI-powered voice technology designed to streamline customer service operations. Under his leadership, Replicant aims to minimize the need for hiring additional staff, offshoring, or adapting intricate technical infrastructures by providing an AI solution that addresses customer issues via phone and chat. Previously, Gadi Shamia held the position of COO at Talkdesk, contributing significantly to its evolution from a seed-stage startup to a unicorn within four years. His career also includes founding TopManage, which was later acquired by SAP. Beyond his executive roles, Gadi has been involved in advisory capacities with companies like Algolia and Intacct, and holds multiple patents in areas such as e-commerce.
