Gadi Shamia is the co-founder and CEO of 📝Replicant, a contact-center automation platform that uses AI voice and chat agents to resolve inbound customer interactions without human handoff. A serial 🏷️#entrepreneur with deep operational background in enterprise SaaS, Shamia has spent his career building, scaling, and advising companies across the customer-experience and back-office software stacks.
Before Replicant, he served as COO of Talkdesk, joining at seed stage and helping scale it into a contact-center-as-a-service unicorn in under four years. Earlier, he co-founded TopManage, an SMB ERP product later acquired by 📝SAP and rebranded as SAP Business One, where he subsequently held senior executive roles. He has also held leadership posts at Adobe and ReachLocal, and has served on the boards of EchoSign, Intacct, Algolia, and Talkdesk.
