Kat Dey is an 🏷️#entrepreneur and business leader recognized for co-founding and serving as president of ettitude, a material science and home goods company specializing in CleanBamboo™ textiles for bedding, apparel, and bath products. Under her leadership, ettitude has been named to Inc.’s list of fastest-growing private companies in the United States, received Real Leaders’ Impact Awards, and joined the Worth.com Impact 150 alongside major brands like Apple and NVIDIA. Prior to ettitude, she co-founded Try The World, an e-commerce platform introducing specialty foods from 30 countries to the U.S. market, which secured partnerships with Conde Nast and Walmart and was later acquired. Kat holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and has contributed to initiatives supporting ethical leadership and sustainability in business. She is professionally proficient in French and a native Russian speaker.
