Out of mortgage industry in 2007, into food (ecocaters + restaurant in SD, operated for 2-years then exited. Partner still operates the catering company)
Recently had dinner at Mushroom farm (753 acres purchased out of foreclosure, converted to regenerative farm and intentional community).
Has 180-acre farm in virginia, used to be a working farm (lamb) in grandfather's generation (raised nine kids on the farm). Adam wants to hold space for someone to operate it as a generative farm (unnamed)
