Mythos

A multi-agent system, or MAS, is a computer system composed of multiple interacting intelligent agents. Multi-agent systems, comprised of multiple @Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents, can solve problems that are difficult or impossible for an individual agent or a monolithic system to solve. Within a MAS, agents are programmed to have certain traits interact with one another. The nature of this interaction depends on the traits of each AI agent, and how the other agents act. As a naive example, consider the scenario below, in which two different agents have different goals. The goal of the red agents is to touch the green agents, and the goal of the green agents is to avoid the red agents and touch the blue dot. The way these red and green agents make decisions can be thought of as their psychological profile. ::embed[https://oembed.vice.com/files/6582dd4d6c55e984c2ede750567dc287.mp4]{provider=vice,type=card}
