Casey Rosengren is a 🏷️#founder, founder 🏷️#coach, and 🏷️#writer based in New York. He is the founder of 📝Human Missives, a newsletter of essays on community design, secular meaning-making, ambition, and meaningful work. In 2014 he co-founded Hacker Paradise, a remote work and travel community for developers, designers, and entrepreneurs, and bootstrapped it to more than half a million dollars in annual revenue before exiting.
After Hacker Paradise, Rosengren led growth and special projects at Xenon Partners, a SaaS-focused private equity firm, working on ideal-customer-profile development, content, outbound, and growth diligence for acquisitions. He has since advised early-stage, mostly product-led companies including Mozilla, Major League Hacking, Baremetrics, SafetyWing, and 📝Commsor on positioning, qualitative research, and go-to-market, and runs the coaching practice No Small Plans. He also wrote freelance for Every and compiled the Little Black Book of Community, a collection of community-design frameworks drawing on the psychology of religion.
I was introduced to Casey by 📝Richard Littauer in October 2020.
