Blake Baxter is a multidisciplinary executive and advisor recognized for his expertise in scaling businesses and leading creative ventures across industries such as entertainment, technology, and investment. He serves as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Immersive Enterprise Laboratories (IEL), an independent animation studio that integrates real-time, non-linear workflows to transform animation production, reduce costs, and enable cross-platform storytelling. Baxter’s background includes over fifteen years advising ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices on multinational growth, a decade in venture capital and private equity, and leadership roles at DPAA Group, Inc. and Blackrun Partners.
