The Motoring Club is a membership-based car club designed around the spirit of community and shared automotive enthusiasm, founded by @Michael Rapetti. At its core is a physical clubhouse model—open seven days a week—offering members a welcoming space to co-work, host meetings, or participate in regular programming like weekend gatherings, evening events, and curated rides. With amenities like temperature-controlled vehicle storage, members also gain access to exclusive deals, products, and services across the automotive landscape. The flagship clubhouse in @Los Angeles, CA serves as a prototype for national expansion. Future plans include doubling the size of the LA location and launching new hubs in Nashville, Austin, and San Francisco. With a motto of being “your friends in the business,” the club blends lifestyle, hospitality, and industry access to create a unique value proposition for car lovers and community builders alike. I was introduced to The Motoring Club by @Sasha Panasyuk in 2021. I worked from their Marina del Rey clubhouse, and then their larger Sawtelle clubhouse, about three days a week until we moved into our new place in 2023. These days, I'm there about one day a week to co-work and intermittently for community events like @Formula 1 (F1) viewing parties, theme nights, and member rides.
