Mythos

Ender is a real estate technology company that builds an integrated 📝Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for property management. Founded in 2019 by Jonathan Lonsdale, it sells to professional property management companies and to institutional investors in the U.S. single-family rental market. The platform positions itself as an operating system for real estate: one data layer beneath the whole property lifecycle rather than a point tool bolted to an accounting package.

Four modules cover that lifecycle. Property Acquisition handles deal identification, underwriting, purchase, and renovation oversight; Property Operations covers tenant management, leasing, maintenance, payments, and resident services; Rehabilitation and Turn manages project execution and vendor coordination between tenancies; and an Accounting System handles reconciliation and compliance. The consolidation is the product claim — property management software is a famously fragmented category where operators stitch a PMS to separate accounting, maintenance, and construction tools, and every seam is a place data goes stale. Holding all four in one system is what makes cross-module automation tractable. The company raised a $7M round in December 2019 with backing from Tuesday Capital and Cherubic Ventures.
