Peter Henry is a C-suite 🏷️#advisor, non-executive director, and fractional CxO who has been a business builder across multiple industries for more than 25 years. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Act 5 Ventures, an Operating Partner at gunnercooke Operating Partners, and General Partner of the Seed Milestone Fund. A serial 🏷️#founder with four exits in 📝Silicon Valley, he is also an active 🏷️#angel-investor affiliated with 📝Keiretsu Forum, Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs, and US Angels, splitting his time between London and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Across more than two decades, Peter has served on the executive governance or advisory boards of 12+ early- and growth-stage private companies spanning fintech, deeptech, ecommerce, multi-way marketplaces, retail, and consumer durables. He co-founded InsureZone (one of the first online insurance brokerages), Lexica Software (an early XML-based information delivery platform for the insurance industry), and The EARN Group (a home-equity financial instrument).
