Jacki Schechner is an American communications strategist and media professional who began her career as a television reporter in Hagerstown, Maryland. In 2005, she joined CNN as the first "Internet Correspondent" in cable news, contributing to coverage that earned both a Peabody Award and an Emmy Award. Following her tenure at CNN, she served as the National Communications Director for Health Care for America Now during the passage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
