Navah Hopkins is a paid-search 🏷️#marketer and the Ads Liaison at 📝Microsoft Advertising, where she carries advertiser feedback directly to the teams building the platform. A veteran of the digital-advertising industry, she began in search engine optimization in 2008, moved into pay-per-click advertising in 2012, and is widely cited as a "Top 25 PPC Expert."

Before joining Microsoft, Hopkins spent more than four years as Brand Evangelist at Optmyzr, the PPC campaign-management and reporting platform. She is a prolific industry voice — a frequent contributor to Search Engine Journal, Search Engine Land, and other trade publications, and a regular conference speaker — and in 2019 became a founding member of the Paid Search Association, a nonprofit that supports and connects paid-search practitioners. Her data-driven research has helped shape widely used PPC norms around campaign structure, ad-group counts, and budgeting for non-branded search.
