Emanuele Rusina is a Senior Analyst in Strategic Analytics at 📝Hulu, a role he has held since August 2016. Prior to this, he interned at Hulu as an MBA Analyst in Original Content Development. Rusina's earlier experience includes strategic and operational roles at Kiva.org, where he contributed to board meeting preparations, data dashboards, and helped secure $500,000 in funding through the 📝Google Impact Challenge. His work at Reply in Milan involved managing large-scale reengineering programs, merger financial reporting, and IPO due diligence, delivering multimillion-dollar efficiencies and strategic acquisitions. His early career included microfinance research and entrepreneurial training in rural India through Bandhan Microfinance and IIMC, where his efforts led to increased repayment rates and improved financial behavior among microcredit borrowers.
