Warren was an algorithm created by @Justin Lane, PhD, which combined use of semantic text analysis for assessing public opinion with the use of fractal dimensionality to determine volatility for the purposes of predicting price changes in stock and currency trading. His program predicted day trade transactions with an effective rate of 99.9%.
