Matt Auron is an 🏷️#executive-coach and 🏷️#investor, currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Founder of 📝Evolution, a coaching and leadership consulting firm that works with leaders, teams, and organizations focused on positive impact and systemic change. He supports senior leaders in fast-growing companies, designing development solutions informed by his background in behavioral science and organizational development. Matt’s clients have included Slack, Snapchat, Change.org, Coursera, and Dropbox. He is also a founding partner at Evolution Ventures, an early-stage venture fund integrating coaching and investment. Matt previously held leadership roles at DaVita HealthCare Partners and Los Angeles Universal Preschool, and holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
