Mythos

A safeword is a code word, or series of code words, that are used for communicating one's physical or emotional state, typically when approaching, or crossing, a physical, emotional, or moral boundary. The house safe words for 📝play are:

  • **Red **= Hard stop. Stop immediately, I do not feel safe.
    • Nonverbal = three squeezes (i.e. squeezing an arm to leave a space)
  • Yellow = Hold up, let's talk about this. I need a pause for dialogue before we proceed.
    • Nonverbal = two squeezes (i.e. squeezing an arm to leave a conversation)
  • Green = I'm feeling present and need not flatten that infinite experience with words.
    • Nonverbal = one squeeze (i.e. squeezing an arm to share love and encouragement)
