I dream of living in a Community House in NYC, with a tight-knit group of social/environmental changemakers.
I envision a townhouse with three or four roommates, a dedicated guest room for the community, along with multiple shared common spaces that can be used for informal hangouts and small intimate gatherings.
I would love for the home to be an intellectual oasis - where changemakers from all backgrounds can pass through to find refuge and inspiration, and share resources, strategies, and ideas.

Location
Easy access to Mid-Town Manhattan is key.
Easy access to Nature, is also crucial - so proximity to the northern tip of Prospect Park would be ideal (Park Slope, Prospect Lefferts, etc...)
Notes
As a regular traveler, I would love for my room to be available for guests/friends of friends to stay in when I'm not around.
