Before the end of the year, I'm looking to move fully or partially to Brooklyn, Manhattan or Jersey.
I'd like to rent a room in a📝Community House part of a 📝Neighbourhood Living collective with roommates that are 📝Humble Badasses with a budget of under $1500/month.
I frequently travel for long stretches of time and will probably be in NYC for approximately 6 months out of the year, with no need to sublet the place (ie. I'm happy for my room to be a guest room while I'm gone).
About me:
I'm an environmental artist and activist that has generated over 100 Million views for different causes like fast fashion, ocean plastics, and electronic waste. (📝Benjamin Von Wong) My core values are kindness, curiosity, and service - and I am a serendipity magnet.
- I travel a lot with relatively short notice (2 weeks-ish)

In the short term, I am looking for the following:
- Individuals with Guest Rooms are happy to host me as I get more familiar with different neighborhoods in NYC.
- Bi-coastal Individuals that might be interested in splitting rent *(1 or 2 weeks a month on average) *
- A shared space with roommates who regularly travels. (I tend to travel for weeks or months at a time)
- A short-term **month-To-month **sublet opportunity starting around November 2023
In the long term, I am looking to:
- Artisans and Fabricators in Brooklyn that I can support or hire for future projects.
- **Artist Residencies **that offer access to unique materials and/or fabrication tools.
- **Creative Collaborators **that believe in the power of art and awe to help accelerate change (and a particular curiosity to collaborate with individuals, companies, and corporations that are working on climate solutions. )
- Art Galleries who might be interested in a partnership around my photography.
