This practice is a conversation with myself.
Its purpose is not to judge, fix, optimize, or improve who I am. Its purpose is to deepen my relationship with myself through honesty, curiosity, compassion, and reflection.
Each week, I pause to notice what is true, what is emerging, what is asking for attention, and what is worthy of celebration.
This is not a performance review. It is a stewardship practice. A moment to realign with the human I am stewarding into being and the life I am consciously tending.
