Warmly emerged from Techstars and pivoted several times — from a Zoom-era relationship tool to its current focus — before landing on 📝signal-based selling, the thesis that warm, intent-flagged leads convert far better than cold outreach. The company assembled outbound, 📝inbound, and 📝total-addressable-market agents into a single orchestration layer and grew to roughly $5M ARR, raising a total of about $17M, including a $6M round led by RTP Global with earlier participation from Felicis, NFX, and Zoom Ventures. Its positioning competes with both intent-data vendors and broader sales-engagement platforms.
