Mythos

Frank Sondors is the co-founder and CEO of 📝Salesforge, an all-in-one sales execution platform with unlimited mailbox and LinkedIn senders and an AI 📝SDR, marketed by Frank as Forge. He came up through 📝GTM and partnerships roles at Google, SimilarWeb, and Whatagraph before managing a fifty-person sales team and then building software to scale a company's best salespeople. Salesforge spans the full 📝Cold Email stack, from email infrastructure and deliverability to lead generation and AI-powered execution across interconnected products.

Frank scaled the business to $3 million ARR in under twelve months while hiring just three salespeople, using AI agents that book hundreds of meetings a month at roughly 2% reply rates on cold email. His operating thesis is scaling revenue without scaling headcount: an automation culture run through a Slack channel where anyone can request a workflow, prioritized by revenue impact and shipped weekly; voice AI to gather feedback from leads who don't convert; and targeting competitors' LinkedIn followers over conventional intent signals. Despite selling outbound software, roughly 80% of revenue comes from 📝inbound, which Frank attributes to building in public.

Frank came on the podcast to break down building an AI agent-first GTM machine — how he scaled to $3M ARR in under a year without scaling headcount, and where AI agents work in outbound and where they don't.
