Library Access grants another person scoped, role-based entry into your whole library inside 📝Collaboration — not a single memo, the whole thing, with a role, an expiry, and an off-by-default pass to your Daily Memo. It's for creators who've outgrown solo stewardship and want trusted help running their library without handing over their password.
How It Works
Access is granted, never assumed — a library owner approves a specific person for a specific role (Viewer, Editor, or Manager), with an optional expiry window and a separate toggle for Daily Memo visibility. Every grant is revocable at any time, and both sides see its live status.
