Straight Up Growth was co-founded by Evan Kesner, its CEO, and Daniel Tejada, who had been helping brands scale on Amazon before the two met in San Diego; the company's own site dates its founding to 2020. I met Evan and Daniel through my work with 📝Assembled Brands. I always found it curious that brands that sold well on Shopify were rarely great on Amazon, and brands that were great on Amazon rarely did well on their own websites. During a pre-COVID visit to my home, Daniel and Evan took me to school on selling on Amazon, and the growth they've achieved for their brands blew me away.
