Victor Echevarria is a 🏷️#venture-capitalist and managing director at Jackson Square Ventures, an early-stage venture firm in San Francisco that he joined in 2018. He invests in health IT, fintech, and infrastructure software. Echevarria holds an electrical engineering degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Before joining Jackson Square Ventures, Echevarria spent about a decade founding and operating marketplace and software companies in healthcare, e-commerce, and on-demand services. He was an early team member at TaskRabbit, where he ran marketing and business development and launched its business offering, and he founded Remedy Labs, a healthcare fintech company focused on billing accuracy for patients and payers. He also worked as an associate at Benchmark Capital. He sits on the boards of portfolio companies including 📝Trust & Will and Artera, and in December 2025 he led the Series A of Clarity Pediatrics.
