Mythos

Rocking is gentle side-to-side movement of the body to settle the nervous system.

In πŸ“Thai Bodywork it often opens or closes a region, and it rides inside palming. The movement is small enough to stay. Rocking is a method, not a diagnosis of agitation, and not a claim to treat the nervous system as a medical event. If it makes the receiver dizzy or seasick, it stops.

Clients feel a cradle. Panic or nausea is a stop. Transitions off the mat stay slow after rocking.
