Mythos

Stacking is arranging head over ribs over pelvis over feet so bones rather than muscles carry the load.

It is the practical picture of alignment in 📝Postural / Structural Realignment: not a military pose, not a tucked pelvis, not a braced belly. When the stack is available, bracing has less to do. When it is not, the person hangs on a 📝holding pattern and pays in effort. Stacking is an option to visit, not a finished posture the table imposes, and not a claim that bones have been put back.

Clients feel it as less work in standing. Cueing starts at the feet or the seat, then the pelvis, then the ribs, then the head — in that order, at a dose they can breathe through. Pain or dizziness is a stop.
