Mythos

Activation is brief work before activity to wake the muscles the session or event will rely on.

In 📝Sports Therapy it is short, specific, and leaves the person ready to move — not relaxed into a nap. It is a primer, not a diagnosis of "asleep" glutes as a medical fact, and not a full session. Pain that is sharp or unexplained follows the 📝referral rule.

Clients feel the tissue come online. Too much activation is just a workout in disguise.
