Mythos

Polyvagal-informed practice is an approach informed by ๐Ÿ“Polyvagal Theory's model of nervous-system states.

It uses that map, not as settled physiology and not as a certification. Session language can stay in state words โ€” settled, mobilized, shut down โ€” without requiring the theory. This is not psychotherapy. Persistent unexplained symptoms belong with licensed care.

Clients do not need the model.
