Hands-on and off-body is contact resting lightly on the body, or hands held a few inches above it.
In 📝Energy Work both are ordinary. Off-body is not more advanced and not a claim of action at a distance as a medical event. The person stays clothed. Consent covers both. Effects vary.
Clients feel light contact or warmth without touch. Either can be enough.
