Mythos

Completion is letting an interrupted body response, such as a shake, a push, or an exhale, finish on its own.

A tremor starts; the person is invited to let it go through rather than clamp it. In ๐Ÿ“Somatic Practice that is optional and consent-based. Forcing a shake or a cry is the wrong version. Completion is a method, not a diagnosis of incomplete trauma, not psychotherapy, and not a claim to discharge a stored event.

Clients feel something finish that had been stuck. If it becomes overwhelm, the work titrates or stops. Persistent distress is a referral.
