Mythos

Hold time is how long a point is pressed, usually thirty seconds to two minutes.

In 📝Acupressure the clock is a servant of sensation: stay while the ache is dull and breathable; leave if it turns sharp. Longer is not always better. Hold time is a dose, not a diagnosis, and not a claim that two minutes treats a condition.

Clients feel the ache spread, then often fade. If they cannot breathe, the hold ends. Homework uses the same range.
