Mythos

Shiatsu is the Japanese finger-pressure tradition closely related to acupressure.

Both use thumbs on mapped points and meridians. In this library the session work is 📝Acupressure. Shiatsu names a cousin, not a certification this practice claims, and not a medical system. The word in a note may locate a related tradition; it does not mean a shiatsu protocol was delivered.

Clients may use the names interchangeably. Session language can stay with points, 📝hold time, and 📝pressure quality.
