Topia is a spatial media platform that combines playful world-building tools with encrypted video chat. With Topia, we’ve conceptualized, created, marketed, and produced in-world events and multi-world experiences for 1,000+ person parties, multi-day conferences, product launches, podcasts, and one particularly magical wedding. Today, we host 20+ weekly events across the Cooperative’s portfolio of 80+ Topia worlds and provide white-glove world-building for clients.
Reddit is known as "the front page of the internet” and brings over 430 million people together each month through their common interests — inviting them to share, vote, comment, and create across thousands of communities. We are the leading experts in Reddit culture, Reddit marketing, and Reddit advertising. Our campaigns have been featured by AdWeek, Forbes, Observer, etc.

About your Training
- Relevant experience in communications with a demonstrated history of self-management
- Phenomenal writing and editing skills with a pension for rich and immersive storytelling
- Experience with community building and supporting the creative agency process
- Proven track record of creating and scaling internal communications programs
- Passion for creating a transparent, inclusive, and empathetic workplace culture with words
- Knowledge of the media and technology sectors and key policy issues affecting the internet
- Content creation and management skills a plus (e.g. HTML, markup, Airtable, Notion)
- Understanding of Reddit’s ecosystem — its product and community — is also a huge plus
