Viewer is a planned role within 📝MythOS that will grant a specific person read access to memos a 📝Creator has chosen not to make publicly visible. Where 📝visibility settings today operate at the memo level (public, link, hidden, private), the Viewer role operates at the relationship level — granting a named individual ongoing access without exposing the content to the broader public or the unauthenticated web.
The role fills the gap between fully private (Creator only) and fully public (anyone with the URL). It is the appropriate primitive for sharing sensitive or in-progress work with a specific advisor, investor, client, or trusted reader — replacing the current workaround of forwarding link-visibility URLs that, once shared, can be circulated beyond the intended recipient.
Unlike a 📝Collaborator, a Viewer has read-only access and cannot see 📝Collaborator Notes. Unlike a 📝Subscriber, a Viewer is granted access deliberately by the Creator rather than self-selecting into a public follow relationship.
