Jake Block is a 📝New York City, NY-based creative 🏷️#producer and Head of Clay Studios at 📝Clay, the social, narrative, and media team he has led since October 2025. He is also co-founder and COO of Eat Senza, a Brooklyn pasta company he started in 2023 for people with dietary restrictions; it raised $15,000 on 📝Kickstarter and sold out its first online sale in three hours.
Before Clay, Block spent four years at 📝HubSpot, rising from creative producer to supervising producer and building new IP for its media operation. From 2015 to 2024 he ran Origins Production, a freelance studio producing branded content, CG, 360-degree video, and AR campaigns. Earlier roles include creative producer at the consumer-brand platform Very Great, where he produced four television campaigns for Wild One, and producer at Kaleidoscope VR. He was also a mixed reality intern at 📝Amazon Studios and a production assistant at Light Sail VR. His first New York job, after leaving Emerson College to pursue film, was at Supermarché, the production company of Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman.
📝Varun Anand introduced me to Jake at 📝Sculpt in October 2026, and I'm stoked to connect and see what he's doing with Clay Studios.
