Justin Ip is a full-stack engineer that has held senior product and engineering positions at venture-funded startups; Afar and AllTrails. He's developed effective engineering teams from scratch and co-founded startups that attracted $16M+ in venture funding. Ip is currently the founder of 📝KickKick Health, a startup combining psychology, pharmacology, and mobile tech.

Ip's previous company—AllTrails, the outdoor guide mobile app—was dowloaded by more than seven million users. Their app was featured by Apple in the 'Top 10 Essential Apps' for Travel, alongside apps like 📝Airbnb, TripAdvisor, and Kayak. AllSnow, the winter sports app the team developed, was the 🏷️#1 globally featured app in the Google Play store upon launch.
