Nonlinear communication is a method—employed in email, forums, hypertext websites, and other digital discourse—in which conveyances are portrayed out of chronological order. Nonlinear communication can be used when the conversation does not—or does not need to—follow a direct pattern of events, such as parallel discussions, overlapping context, and tangential thinking. This nonlinear structure more closely mirrors the recall of human memory. The @Contextual Augmentation enabled by the @Mythos One // Chrome Extension grants recipients of my communication—a private email, a newsletter, etc.—a kind of @Choose Your Own Adventure.
