Zhana and I met in 2017 as she was biking by 📝Original Muscle Beach with a friend; a chance encounter that led to hours of laughter and 📝play. At one point, I remarked that she was good at taking directions which incited laughter and a vague explanatory quip from a mutual friend who said "usually she's the one giving them." I met Zhana in a state of play and only later discovered her extensive body of work. She's a portrait of someone living authentically and is constantly exploring.

Education

Vrangalova received her Bachelors from University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Macedonia and holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University where she studied how different aspects of sexuality—especially casual sex/promiscuity and heterosexuality—are linked to health and well-being.
