The platform integrates with sending tools including 📝Smartlead, 📝Instantly, EmailBison, and HeyReach, then writes every send, reply, and engagement back to the correct contact record in the CRM. This closes the visibility gap that opens whenever revenue teams run outbound outside the system of record — replies route to the wrong inbox, attribution breaks across channels, and block lists drift out of sync between sending platforms. By treating the CRM as the canonical activity log, OutboundSync makes multichannel outbound observable through the same dashboards revenue leaders already use to measure pipeline.
