Citizen Rangers are 📝Citizens of One who volunteer a portion of their time in service of the safety and well-being of all Citizens in the 📝One Inc Cooperative community and Friends beyond.
Rangers act as non-confrontational community mediators, providers of reliable information, facilitators of public safety, and navigators on the edge of chaos—📝Turbulent Flow. [1]
Day or night, Rangers can be found in the spaces of 📝One Community and worlds of 📝Topia engaging with the community, enjoying the art, and always ready to help sort things out. Rangers also respond to the texts sent to 📝Citizens+ and help to train the AI-assisted character of the cooperative—📝Human Augmentation that amplifies the space made by Citizens and Rangers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Among their many duties, Rangers:
- Provide outreach and education to help 📝Citizens acculturate to 📝One Inc Cooperative
- Act as an information resource to members of the community and train 📝Citizens+ (AI)
- Reunite lost children with their family, reminding disconnected Citizens that 📝We Are One
- Help disoriented participants get back to their co-creative partners and 📝playmates
- Listen to participants who are having a particularly rough day, a practice of 📝making space
- Facilitate problem-solving, mediation, and conflict resolution (w/o telling people what to do)
- Build rapport with fellow Citizens as participants and integral members of the community
Rangers come from all areas of the 📝One Inc Cooperative community and share a common desire to ensure its continued well being. Think Rangering might be for you? Want to expand your mediation and problem-solving skills as a leader in the community? Click 👉📝Become a Ranger.
