The Fermentation Association (TFA) was established in 2017 to connect, support, and collaborate with food, beverage, and supplement producers who work with fermentation. Their mission is to get more people interested in fermentation both in terms of process and product.

TFA holds webinars on specialized topics in fermentation divided under Science & Health, Food & Flavor, Business, and Vendor Insights. They will also be holding 📝Fermentation 2021, their first annual conference, on November 6-8, 2021 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.

The Fermentation Association was founded by 📝Neal Vitale whom we were introduced to by 📝Jim Goodman and the 📝Fermenters Anonymous club will be attending Fermentation 2021.
