Daniela Amodei is the President and Co-Founder of 📝Anthropic, where she leads the company's business operations, go-to-market strategy, and organizational growth.
Before co-founding Anthropic in 2021 with her brother Dario Amodei, Daniela served as Vice President of Operations at OpenAI, where she oversaw business, finance, and people functions during the company's formative years. Her career prior to AI included roles at Stripe, where she managed large-scale financial operations and risk. She holds a degree from Yale University.
At Anthropic, Daniela oversees the business side of the organization while Dario focuses on research and product. Her direct reports include the leaders of Anthropic Labs (Mike Krieger and Ben Mann), communications (Sasha de Marigny), and the commercial organization. Under her leadership, Anthropic's annualized revenue surpassed $30 billion in April 2026, tripling from the end of 2025. She and Dario were named to the Time 100 Most Influential People list in 2026.
